Do I need to be there in-person to get my order?

We suggest that you personally receive your order to make sure you're completely happy with it. But, if you can't be there, don't worry! The parcel will be delivered to someone who is available. When Will I receive my delivery?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day after you place them. However, the delivery time may vary up from 6 working days depending on your location. To find out when you can expect to receive your order, simply enter your location's pin code.

P.S. Although we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, there are occasions when factors beyond our control can affect the delivery time. How much will I be charged for shipping?

We provide FREE SHIPPING within India for orders above INR 699/-. If your order value is below INR 699/-, a shipping fee of INR 49/- will be added to your order.

Why can't my order be shipped to my area?

Unfortunately, there are certain pin codes that our shipping partners are unable to service at the moment. But don't worry! We're constantly working on expanding our coverage, so it's worth checking back in a few days to see if we can deliver it to your area then.

Can I get my order delivered internationally?

Absolutely! We offer international shipping for our customers. However, please note that any local customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the checkout prices. The cost of international shipping will also vary depending on the destination.

How do I return the product?

If you find that a product is damaged, or that you have received a wrong product, we are happy to process an exchange within 7 days.

What is the return policy?

If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return within 1 day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 days, In the rare case where a pickup option is not supported by our courier partner you should have to ship the product to us and we will reimburse the courier charges (Maximum of Rs 59 for every 500gms shipped).

How do I get a refund?

We do not have a refund policy. However if a customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.

How will my refund be credited

What are the terms and conditions for a return?

  • When canceling an order after using reward points, the used points will be deducted from your loyalty points.

Can I use Rs. 2,000 currency notes for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments at Siyaram's?

As of September 20, 2023, Siyaram's will no longer be able to accept Rs. 2,000 currency notes for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This change is in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India on May 19, 2023.

How can I qualify for the EMI option?

The EMI option is available for all the products listed on our online store. However, please note that the availability of this payment option is subject to a minimum order value, which may vary depending on the bank you choose. To determine which banks are eligible for your given order value, you can refer to the issuing bank list displayed on the EMI payment page.

What should I do if my payment doesn't go through?

If your payment fails, don't worry. First, make sure that all the information you've entered is correct, including your account details, billing address, and password. If everything looks accurate and your payment still doesn't go through, we have another option for you. You can choose the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, if it's available on the payment page, to complete your order. In case your payment is deducted from your account despite the failure, we will credit the amount back to your account within 7-10 days, as soon as we receive confirmation from the bank.

Will I get a refund on the GST/VAT amount if I decide to return or cancel the product I purchased?

Absolutely! If you choose to return the product, the GST/VAT amount that was charged will also be refunded to your original payment method. However, please note that any platform handling fee collected from you under our shipping policy is non-refundable and does not include any GST/VAT refunds.
