Siyaram's Return & Exchange Policy

Siyaram's returns and exchange policy allows you to return or exchange products you've bought from Siyaram's for any reason within the allotted return/exchange time (see the product details page for the same). 

Siyaram's offers a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To return/exchange a product to Siyaram's, please follow these steps:
  • When you return your order, the money will be credited to your bank account. 
  • When you partially return your order, we refund the value of the particular item and send it back to your bank account.
  • If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we'll be happy to refund the amount in the bank account.
  • If you want to exchange a product, kindly raise the return request and place a fresh order depending upon the size availability. 
  • Please return the unused item with tags within 15 days of receipt. Currently, we do not exchange any items. In case you wish to change the item you bought, you will need to place a fresh order request for the same following the process listed below. After that, you can re-order the style you want, depending upon the size availability. 
  • You can initiate the returns by logging into your Siyaram Account.
How to raise the return request on Siyaram's?
  • o Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
  • o If you would like to raise the return request purchased from Siyaram's, please follow below mentioned steps:
  • o Choose the product you want to return.
  • o Log into your account.
  • o Go to My orders
  • o Click on 'Return' against the item you wish to return.
  • o You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
  • o Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
Refunds
  • o Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will issue the money to your bank account.
  • o For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
  • o Siyaram Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can beused to purchase again from Siyaram.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
  • o For orders placed using Siyaram Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your Siyaram Credits account only.
  • o Please note that limited-period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
  • o Free Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Note on refunds & cancellations: In case there is any suspicion of malice, cyber crime, or loophole exploitation associated with the order,& Siyaram's holds the right to manually review & investigate any transition before issuing a refund (even when an order has been already canceled). Such refunds may be held indefinitely and reported to the appropriate authorities by the brand team.

How will my refund be credited?

1. If you have placed a prepaid order, your refund will be credited to the original payment source which is your bank account. 

2. . Once the return reaches our warehouse and passes the QC test, the refund amount will be processed from our end within 24 hours. You will receive a refund in your source account within 2-5 business days once we have processed the refund.

3. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).

4. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will issue the money to your bank account.

6. Please note that limited-period offers which run for a specific period or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.

What are the terms and conditions for returns?
  • When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.
  • If the loyalty points are negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.
  • Siyaram.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes complete responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided.
  • A refund will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
  • A prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
  • You can return either the complete order or some items from the same order.

  • Please mention the return Id on the packet.
  • Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
  • Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

Immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gas.. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
