    Terms and Conditions for Returns

    When you cancel an order after using the reward points of the same order, we will deduct the used points from your loyalty points.

    If the loyalty points are negative, you can earn points by placing orders but you can only use them after it becomes positive again.

    No returns will be accepted for Inner wear & Masks. Siyaram's.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.

    Refund/Siyaram's Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse. Siyaram's Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.

    You can return either a complete order or some items from the same order.

    - Please mention the return Id on the packet.
    - Please make sure you seal the packet completely before handing it over to courier partners.
    - Please use separate packets for items from separate orders.

    You can use these credits for your purchase at the time of check out.

    Credits is the actual amount of the product when returned, cashbacks or any other promotional value.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
